Meet Elaine Law, an accomplished legal professional. Elaine brings a wealth of legal expertise as her academic journey includes a Master of Laws (in International Commercial Law) from University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
Elaine's professional journey commenced from year 2003 where she spent her initial years of practice in litigation and arbitration practice areas before making her move to corporate and commercial practice since 2006 where she has been focusing on mergers and acquisitions, IPO, other corporate exercises, transactions and commercial contracts. She had worked with distinguished partners and firms in Kuala Lumpur over the years before joining Messrs Law Kuan Yew & Co. in 2021 as a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial department.
Beyond her legal endeavours, Elaine had also pursued a coaching certification as part of her professional development and is a certified coach in executive coaching.
Elaine is also an Independent Non-Executive Director in KJTS Group Berhad.
